My stomach isn’t as flat as it used to be! But it definitely gets even bigger when I drink water, I grab my large water bottle and start chugging it down. It doesn’t take long at all for the water bloat to begin to show. I drink so much water that my stomach feels like its going to pop, its so tight even just to the touch!
