I have been working out like crazy, and I still have not gotten rid of this bloated belly! I compare all of my problem areas where I have the most fat. I grab and pinch my fat.
What do you think? Should I step on the scale? I am so scared. I have not stepped on the scale since last time, so I do not know if I gained weight, lost weight, or stayed the same. So, how much do you think I weigh now?
