I’m one of those girls who is always gaining and losing weight. But mostly gaining it seems, it’s so much easier! I got sick with a bad cold, and got off my diet and workout regime, and started eating bad foods again and drinking. You won’t believe how much weight I say I put on in 3-4 weeks! I I tell you all this in detail, sheepishly, and lift up my shirt and show you my chubby belly. I tell you my belly measurements before (you can see for yourself in my older belly inflation video) and then measure it again, I’m so bloated and chubby! I show you up close. My belly is extra bloated today even though I’ve been doing lots of crunches, because I’m about to get my period. I’m so swollen I can’t believe it! These tight hip-hugging yoga pants just accentuate it more. I slap my belly over and over, dig my fingers in and squish it together. I show you how chubby my belly looks when I have bad posture.
